Sydney Wildlife World Conservation Fund

Sydney Wildlife World is committed to saving Australia’s unique and threatened animals and their habitats.  To help ensure a more secure future for our wildlife, Sydney Wildlife World and Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC) have joined forces to establish the Sydney Wildlife World Conservation Fund (SWWCF).

The SWWCF has been established to raise funds to support the implementation of practical, on ground conservation projects such as:

  • the acquisition of land which is home for endangered species;
  • the eradication of feral animals; and
  • the conduct of scientific research to help unlock the secrets to survival for Australia’s endangered animals.

We need your help.  Please make a tax deductible donation in support of the SWWCF.  Your donation will help AWC and SWW protect Australia’s unique animals ‘in the wild’, providing a secure future for many of the species featured at SWW.

Protecting the Bilby from foxes and feral cats
The Greater Bilby was once found across large areas of the Australian continent.  Sadly, the arrival of foxes and feral cats has decimated the Bilby population.  It now clings to survival in small, isolated populations in central Australia

Protecting one of the world’s most beautiful birds - the Gouldian Finch
The Gouldian Finch is one of Australia’s rarest and most beautiful birds.  In recent decades, its population has plummeted from hundreds of thousands to perhaps as low as 2,500.

We need your help to save Australia’s threatened wildlife

The Sydney Wildlife World Conservation Fund needs your help to save Australia’s wildlife.  Your donation in support of the Fund will help AWC implement practical, on ground programs to turn back the tide of animal extinctions in Australia.

Please - donate to AWC and make a difference where it really counts – in the field.
