All AWC sanctuaries are now closed to visitors due to COVID-19.

A: You don’t need to do anything at this time. One of our team will contact you shortly to discuss a refund or offer you the option to donate your deposit to AWC.

A: If you have a booking at  Mornington Wilderness Camp please email mornington.bookings@australianwildlife.org with your details and our team will organise a refund or offer you the option to donate your deposit.

If you have a booking for any other Sanctuary please see the details on our visitor pages.

A: We are offering full refunds to all visitors, however, if desired, we would gratefully welcome any deposits as a donation to help support us during this difficult time. All donations made in Australia over $2 are tax deductible.

A: We will work through refunds as quickly as we can. You should receive your refund within two weeks.

A: Unfortunately not, as we do not know when we will be re-opening.

A: This is a dynamic and unprecedented situation. In line with Government advice, all 2020 bookings are suspended indefinitely. We ask that you check in regularly on our website or follow us on social media for updates.

A: We will not be taking any 2021 reservations until late 2020.
