Under the Australian Consumer Law, purchasers of Australian Wildlife Conservancy’s (AWC) goods are entitled to the benefit of non-excludable consumer guarantees that apply to the provision of those goods.
AWC will ensure that goods supplied from the AWC Shop comply with these consumer guarantees.
Where it is fair and reasonable for AWC to limit its liability for consumer guarantees, AWC’s liability for any failure to comply with the consumer guarantees shall be limited to the resupply of the goods or refunding the cost of the goods.

Shipping Policy
We provide Free Shipping on our calendars. Shipping is available within Australia only. We will ship your calendar via Australia Post within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order. Your calendar should arrive to you within 7-14 days of being shipped from our warehouse. Please note that due to Covid-19 Australia Post deliveries may be delayed. AWC recommends you place your order early.
Refund Policy
If your calendar is faulty or arrives damaged, we will gladly resupply it or refund the cost of the item. You will need to contact us via email to organise the return and resupply or refund. You can email us at Info@australianwildlife.org
